The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving digital transformation initiatives. Despite your forward-thinking approach, you remain grounded in the present and never lose sight of your goals.Please note that Real Estate background is essential for this role .What is the role?We are looking for a Customer Growth Partner to join our Customer Growth team, redefining the meaning of partnership with Cotality for customer growth. Youll use your industry expertise to provide strategic coaching to our customers and support them to achieve success, identify improvements, remove obstacles, and foster great relationships.Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling, ensuring clients receive maximum value from our services. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our digital offerings.What will you be doing?Maintaining and developing existing relationships, with a customer-first approach and the desire to create a remarkable experience for themIdentifying opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction and successConsulting with stakeholders to ensure that our products and services are delivering value to customersWorking closely with our Activations Teams to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing careAdvising & coaching our customers on ways to improve processes and yield the most value and success from Cotality productsContacting disengaged customers to re-engage and improve value recognition, upsell and cross-sell products and services in order to increase average yield per customerContinually look for areas of improvement and developmentEnsuring processes and procedures are adhered to and identify areas for improvementRemoving roadblocks for our customers and suppliers, making it really easy to do business with usExcellent communication, presentation skills and the ability to proactively connect and articulately engage in solution sellingTaking ownership of our Digital Marketing Solution for our clients, to establish, implement and manage the customer journey, driving consistent results for our clients and CotalityWorking closely with our Sales & Activations Teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from implementation to ongoing care and growthWhats in it For You:Large (~$2B+ revenue) formerly public information services and data businessDurable cash flow and profitability regardless of changes in macroeconomic conditionsCompany certified as a global "A Great Place to Work."Hybrid working model- 2 days in the office a week for moments that matter and the rest of the time can be remote.
