The role is dedicated to a global client account and involves: Performing general electrical preventive maintenance and corrective repairs across client sites. Collaborating with the maintenance planner and technicians for planning, implementation, and management of technical resources. Executing repairs, emergency responses, and maintenance, with proper record-keeping. Assisting with troubleshooting and repairs of building systems. Reviewing work orders, estimating materials and time, and ordering supplies. Assisting with installation and modification of building equipment systems. Inspecting new installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations. Maintaining lighting systems, including cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs. Responding quickly to emergencies and adhering to safety regulations. Candidate Requirements Experience in electrical repairs and maintenance, preferably in the commercial sector. Critical environment experience (advantageous). Experience in testing and inspection of electrical assets. Current Electrical Contractors License and valid OH&S cards. Understanding of AS 3001 standards. Valid Drivers License.
