This role plays a critical part in the safe and efficient delivery of work. (both customer-driven and network maintenance) and covers a range of functions including -Coordination of various in field activities that support a range of stakeholdersScheduling of internal and external resources in conjunction with stakeholders across the businessScoping of works (including equipment, materials, and resources)Organising effective network outagesLeading and fostering a culture of safety first within the teamLiaising with customers, external service providers and stakeholdersLeading and supporting the work crews in the technical aspects of the workOver the course of the initial 6 months, this WGC role will have a heavy maintenance focus, whilst this area becomes up to speed.About YouYour strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail will see you succeed in this role.
