This position will involve duties including but not limited to:Selecting the best suppliers for bought-in products and services, considering reliability, price, and quality.Nurturing strong working relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors in QLD, NSW, and overseas.Expediting and maintaining order data in Pronto.Verifying received products/services are in accordance with Nepean Longwall purchase orders and advising accounts accordingly.Implementing and maintaining the spares and repairs process, including quoting, purchase orders, invoicing, requisitions, and job files.Coordinating and participating in fortnightly WIP meetings.Preparing WIP reports for month-end reporting.Maintaining and reviewing sell prices in Pronto.Assisting in training other departments in the use of Pronto for sales processing.Processing and maintaining warranty claims and repairs.Supporting the review and monitoring of inventory turnover, reporting on efficiencies or deficiencies monthly.Maintaining Toolbox.To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:Business and commercial acumenOrganisational and time management skillsCustomer service skillsERP experience (Pronto preferred)Proficiency in MS Office Suite / SharePoint, including advanced Excel and ProjectAbility to administer a control environmentA well-developed supplier and customer contact networkWorkflow and systems-driven approachFlexibility, adaptability, and ability to work with minimal supervisionThe luxuries NEPEAN offers:Family-oriented businessEmployee Assistance Program (EAP), providing free well-being assistance for employees and their familiesAgile, dynamic teamExcellent career advancement opportunitiesReimbursement for prescription safety glassesFurther training and career development opportunitiesFamily Christmas partyService recognitionNovated lease optionsWe empower our people to take ownership and get things done.
