That''s why we make our healthcare, wellbeing and homelessness services free or low cost, so they''re accessible to anyone.Your role at St John of God Social OutreachWe are seeking applications for an Accredited Mental Health Clinician (Social Worker, Psychologist or Occupational Therapist) to join our Raphael Services team on a Fixed Term full-time basis for 12 months, in Blacktown, NSW.In this role you will have a unique opportunity to work as part of a specialist multidisciplinary team in the provision of integrated care to women, their infants, partners and families experiencing perinatal and infant mental health problems.You will be responsible for the development and delivery of innovative programs that provide high-level clinical care to consumers in groups, and an individual basis across a variety of acute specialties.The PositionProvides advanced level clinical services including a range of individualised and group clinical care based on professional training reflecting current ethical clinical practice as requiredProvides comprehensive assessment and care planning monitoring at and advanced level for complex and general caseloadsEnsures effective multidisciplinary team work through professional communication and comprehensive liaison with colleagues, patient/carers and service providersLiaise with compensable bodies, financial institutions and external care agencies where appropriateLiaise with multi-disciplinary team to promote effective communication including verbal and written feedback to referring DoctorSuccessful applicants will have tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or Occupational Therapy and hold current registration with relevant professional body (AASW / AHPRA).
