Assist the Executive Chef, Sous chef and Chef de Partie ensuring a consistently high quality of food product and service while maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic work area.DutiesConduct food preparation and cooking duties ensuring menu items are prepared to recipe and quality standards.Ensure all guest special requests, including dietary needs, are acknowledged and variations created.Be aware of meal times and the importance of speed, time, efficiency and presentation of all meals.Mentor Apprentices, Commis and Cooks to ensure all items are prepared in line with the menu and Food Safety regulationsApply and monitor food safety procedures to ensure all menu items are prepared and served in line with Food Safety regulations.Skills And ExperienceCommercial Cookery Qualifications and previous Commis Chef ExperienceTeam Player, able to work unsupervisedMust be available to work on any day including weekends and nights #J-18808-Ljbffr
