Due to anticipated growth across our flagship portfolio in Central QLD, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Tavern Supervisor to join the team at Buffel Park Village or Eureka in the Moranbah region.The PositionYou will be responsible for leading a team within our bar and retail departments to ensure facilities are clean and comply with our contractual obligations.You will be a driven individual that is able to train, lead and motivate your team, working alongside with management to achieve desired results.Your role will consist of an array of tasks including but not limited to cleaning, serving alcohol, restocking retail, restocking alcohol, customer service, housekeeping & kitchen work if required.The PersonExperience in a similar supervisory role leading a large diverse teamCommercial experience (Hotel, Mining, or Resort environment preferable)Ability to lead a successful team and have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility of the teams overall performanceCommitment and ability to drive a positive and sustainable safety cultureStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create, implement and evaluate training and proceduresRSA and Venue license with at least 2x years experience in a similar role.The Benefits:You will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
