This full-time position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intruder detection. We exclusively service Power Generation, mining, defence, and corrections customers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients'' properties.What you''ll be doingPerforming installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intruder detectionTroubleshooting and diagnosing issues with security systems, and implementing solutionsConducting regular inspections and testing of security equipment to ensure optimal performanceProviding excellent customer service to our clients, including responding to callouts and resolving any issues in a timely mannerMaintaining accurate records and documentation related to all service workStaying up-to-date with the latest security technologies and industry best practicesWhat we''re looking forRelevant technical qualifications in security systems or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of security systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with clientsA valid driver''s license and the ability to work independently on-siteA commitment to safety and a high level of attention to detailCurrent Security Licence requiredACMA Open Cabling Registration requiredMust have Australian citizenship or permanent residency and ability to pass police checkValid White Card requiredDemonstrated experience with Network Video Systems (CCTV), access control systems, and intrusion detection systemsPreferred but not essentialHigh Risk EWP Licence 11 meters and OverGenetec or other Enterprise VMS experienceExperience within Power Generation, mining, defence, and corrections sectorsNV1 ClearanceWhat we offerAt Silvertec Systems PTY LTD, we pride ourselves on our competitive remuneration, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
