As a turnkey solution, we offer the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations, creating huge opportunities for growth.Within our logistics services business there are 17+ depots throughout Australia, allowing various development and progression opportunities.YOUR ROLEAs a Stocktake Coordinator, you''ll support the Stocktake Governance Supervisor to enhance stocktaking capabilities and improve service delivery efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include executing stocktake and spot check programs, operating inventory management systems, and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders.Located at our Myambat site, on Wanaruah and Kamilaroi land, your role will bePlan and execute stocktake and spotcheck programsAnalyze and evaluate information to report discrepancies and stocktaking issuesEnsure stocktakes are initiated and completed within the planned timeframeConduct and record stock counts and participate in Research, Investigation, and Stocktaking processesPrepare and provide relevant reports, achieving performance targets in stocktakingCollaborate with other Stocktake Coordinators and liaise with depot staff to address warehousing mattersSupport the Stocktake Governance Supervisor and participate in departmental meetings for continuous improvementContribute to Operations Group activities and undertake small projects as requiredYour ExperienceExcellent attention to detail with very good numeric, oral and written communication skillsBroad knowledge and experience in stocktaking and warehouse processesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience within the defence and/or warehousing environment would be highly advantageousWE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLYAfter you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
