Come join us on this journey!What you''ll be doing::Operate our vans to deploy, redistribute and swap batteries on our fleet of e-vehiclesPatrol the city to ensure that our e-vehicles are appropriately parked and that the city remains neat and tidyConduct in-field quality checks and collect any damaged e-vehicles for repair at the warehousePerform basic maintenance on Beam e-vehicles to ensure that our riders will continue using the safest and most reliable vehiclesEvaluate and provide feedback to the Operations team on current and potential parking locationsReport any bad behaviour of riders to the Operations team in line with Beam''s Three Strikes policy against anti-social behaviourSupport the marketing and promotion of Beam''s services, such as by helping people who have questions about the company, how to create a Beam account or how to safely ride an e-vehicleAssist with recovering lost and missing scootersFollow established safety procedures and techniques to perform dutiesProblem solve issues when in the field and find creative ways to overcome obstaclesABOUT THE COMPANY:Beam is the leading micromobility operator in the Asia Pacific region, headquartered in Singapore and operating in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Turkey, South Korea, and the USA. You are comfortable driving a van (previous van / heavy vehicle driving experience desirable)Willing and able to complete physically demanding work, you will be lifting our e-vehicles of approx. 25kgs in and out of the van throughout your shiftSmartphone savvy with access to your personal phone. You will be using the Beam app and Slack throughout your shiftGood communicator capable of working with both internal staff and customersAble to work effectively within a team and solo on shiftsWilling to learn and adapt to new policies, procedures and conceptsAttention to detail and sense of pride in your workGood understanding of the local area is desirableBenefitsJoin us to be part of the urban mobility and sustainable transportation revolution!
