About the Role Your main responsibilities will include data entry of new assessment requests, triaging court appearances and assessment referrals, and managing correspondence with clients and internal stakeholders. Training will be provided. You will work from your home office as part of a cooperative and busy team committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Data entry of new referrals Booking assessments Handling inbound and outbound calls Managing email correspondence Scheduling court hearing dates and liaising with lawyers and clients Meeting and exceeding performance expectations Skills & Experience Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook At least 2 years of experience in a busy or high-volume office environment with a focus on customer service Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage own workload to meet targets Task-oriented, driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team Insurance experience is preferred; repairer experience is trainable Typing speed of 60 wpm within a database application Problem-solving skills About the Company AAMC is a national company specializing in Accident Management, focusing on Motor Loss Assessing.
