Were recruiting an Earthworks Coordinator for a long-term sustaining project in the Pilbara. The site team is well established and growing, with civil works set to ramp up over the next few months.The RoleYoull be part of a structured team delivering bulk earthworks across haul roads, access tracks, drainage, and pads. Reporting into the Earthworks Superintendent, youll work alongside four other Earthworks Coordinators and two Civil Coordinators. This is a key role in managing contractor performance and keeping field works running smoothly.What Were Looking ForSolid experience coordinating bulk earthworks on mine sitesComfortable managing haul roads, access roads, drainage, general civilsStrong contractor supervision and field coordination skillsFamiliarity with Rio systems and processes is ideal but not essentialThe Detail2:1 FIFO roster from Perth11-hour daysContract duration: 12+ monthsTeam of ~45 on site currently, increasing to ~60 at peakStable, long-term work with a well-run crew #J-18808-Ljbffr
