Our client is an innovative manufacturer of power control systems including switchboards and control panels with major clients across Australia. Their impressive service operation covers Metal Fabrication, Electrical Engineering and Systems Integration and makes a range of sought after products across the agricultural, manufacturing and mining sectors.As a result of impressive growth and expansion, we now seek a customer-focussed licenced Electrician to join their great team. We will also consider an Apprentice Electrician nearing completion.We want to hear from you if you enjoy variety in your week, as you will be involved in projects across the power, mining and industrial sectors in the forms of plant design, power analysis, systems integration and factory automation.Your work week might include:Installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems, equipment and machinery in industrial settingsDiagnosing electrical issues, troubleshooting problems and implementing effective solutionsCollaborating with engineers and project teams to plan and execute electrical installations and upgradesTracing and fault finding of PLCs and control systemsNew industrial installations including:Installing conduit and cable traysInstalling and terminating cabling and connection and commissioning of control systems and electrical equipmentReading and interpreting electrical schematics and drawingsConstruction and wiring of switchboards and control panelsIf you are looking for something different and diverse, here is something worth thinking about.You will have a fantastic work environment with a 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday. Overtime may be necessary, with penalty rates, and you also get a rostered day off every 4 weeks.
