Youll own onboarding, continuous learning, playbooks, sales messaging, and more. Build and maintain playbooks, scripts, and sales content aligned with our go-to-market motion. Lead internal sales conferences, product enablement, and ongoing learning initiatives. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales Ops to ensure alignment with global strategy. Drive adoption and governance of HubSpot and related enablement tools. Collect feedback from regional sales teams to continuously improve enablement programs.Ideal CandidateProven track record in sales enablement leadership within global SaaS or software companies. Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle, buyer journey, and enablement best practices. Skilled in delivering high-impact learning programs, tools, and coaching at scale. Strong HubSpot experience essential.
