We provide high quality diagnostic imagingservices, using the most up-to-date technology and highly trainedmedical professionals. We are the official medical imaging providerfor the Fremantle Dockers, Perth Glory, Perth and West PerthFootball Clubs.The opportunityPerth Radiological Clinic (PRC) are seeking an X-Ray Assistanton a permanent full-time basis located at our Armadale HealthServices clinic. As an X-Ray Assistant, you will gain anunderstanding of and assist with diagnostic medical imagingprocedures in a customer focused manner. You will be provided withfull hands-on training for approximately 3 months. Reporting to theTechnical Supervisor your duties will include:Maintaining a high level of care, safety andconfidentiality when dealing with patients/customersAssist Radiographers and Radiologists with diagnosticimaging procedures such as CT/US injections andFNAsEnsure Radiologist lists are running on timeRecord and maintain correct documentation for eachpatientAssist with monitoring stock levelsEnsure change rooms are clean and tidyWhat do you need to be considered?Ideally you will have a professional presentation andapproachable manner with a patient care focus mindset. You must beable to liaise effectively with people from diverse social andcultural backgrounds and work collaboratively in a team.You will receive full on job training on our systems, andprocedures, while demonstrating a high level of attention to detailwith analysing confidential patient records, data entry andcross-checking information for accuracy.
