Be welcomed into a compassionate, respectful, and purpose-driven team where we dont just talk about values we live them.Your opportunityAs our Maintenance Officer based at Woolooware Shores, youll undertake general maintenance and repairs to ensure our village facilities remain safe, functional, and welcoming for residents. Youll complete routine preventative tasks as well as responsive maintenance, contributing to a high standard of upkeep across buildings, gardens, and equipment.With Integrity And Practical Skills, You WillComplete general repairs including door and lock repairs, painting, gutter cleaning, basic concreting, minor roofing tasks, and handyman workUndertake preventative maintenance to maintain assets at agreed service levelsKeep tools and equipment in safe working conditionMaintain accurate documentation of work completed and safety procedures followedRepresent Anglicare Sydney with professionalism and respect, upholding our values when interacting with residents, contractors, and colleaguesWhat Youll BringYou are a hands-on professional who enjoys practical tasks and takes pride in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and presentation.
