They''re passionate about building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service, all while driving growth and finding smarter ways to work.Its a fantastic time to come on board theyre in an exciting start-up phase, so youll be joining a team thats energised, driven and genuinely invested in making a difference.The RoleThis is a varied Finance Assistant role where youll be right at the heart of the finance team, supporting the Finance Manager across a mix of accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and broader finance admin tasks. Its hands-on, fast-paced, and no two days will be the same.Process supplier invoices and prepare payment runsManage customer payments including direct debits, reconciliations and chasing outstanding balancesPerform regular bank reconciliations and keep cash flow records up to dateSupport month-end and year-end close, including preparing reports and adjusting entriesKeep financial records organised and assist with audit prepJump in to help improve processes and drive efficiencies across the teamProvide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teamsThe CandidateWere looking for someone hands-on, proactive and keen to build great relationships both inside and outside the business.
