Applications for full time or part-time permanent will be considered.As a mobile clinician, you will be providing care to Australians wherever they call home. This is a great opportunity for you to have variety in your caseload which will allow you to utilise your skills and grow as a health professional with the continue clinical support and mentoring from our senior clinicians.In the Community you will support:Home Care Package clients: supporting clients to remain independent at home, through home assessments; equipment prescriptions and home modifications.Rehab in the home program: focusing on post orthopaedic surgeryHospital in the Home program: supporting clients after hospitalisation, including general surgeriesFor Residential Aged Care clients, you will:Complete assessments, including initials, reviews, post hospitalisation and falls.Develop, implement, and manage programsDesign and facilitate group programsComplete individual sessions with residentsPrescribe equipmentAbout youAs a new grad or experienced clinician, you love to make a difference in the lives of Australians. Fully AHPRA registered or Limited Registered (remote level) clinician, ideally(but not essential)you will have a minimum 1 years experience in a community or Aged Care setting or willing to learn.
