You will assist in the supervision of the school cleaning and gardening services, including management of staff, overseeing faults management and contractors.The successful applicant will coordinate the community use of college grounds and amenities, including scheduling and completion of required documentation. Given the nature of this role, sound knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety in relation to school equipment including cleaning, gardening and workshop machinery would be well regarded.The successful applicant will coordinate financial tasks including processing of payments, invoicing, cash and asset management, reconciliation and assisting the Manager Corporate Services with managing the colleges financial resources and budgeting, while ensuring procedures and processes comply with applicable legislation and policy. The role involves providing advice and support to staff on administrative procedures, business management software and matters relating to financial legislation, policy and administrative procedures.
