We also manage a ~$2.3B property portfolio and hotel operations. About the Role: Attend to guest needs promptly and professionally. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure. Check guests in and out efficiently following hotel procedures. Handle daily transactions and billing accurately. Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and maintenance to ensure room readiness. Communicate guest requests to relevant departments and follow up. Manage guest messages and correspondence promptly. Report guest comments and complaints to management. Be knowledgeable about local area, hotel services, and events. Maintain current knowledge of room rates and packages. Manage reservations accurately and timely. Participate in training sessions and team meetings. Follow operational policies and safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Adhere to cashiering and equipment maintenance policies. Complete opening and closing duties as assigned. Assist colleagues as needed.
