Join our technical team on a 5/2, 4/3 (10-hour day shift) roster for a long-term, fulfilling career.Responsibilities include:Carrying out work in accordance with company and industry safety standards and legislative requirements, with a commitment to safety and risk management.Managing activities responsibly to prevent pollution and minimize environmental impact.Communicating effectively with stakeholders about activities and tasks, following the Stakeholder Policy.Performing electrical maintenance in the processing plant, site buildings, and village, creating work requests in Pronto, and prioritizing tasks.Reporting defects or repairs promptly and completing work efficiently and safely.Qualifications and experience:Minimum 1 year relevant mining industry experience.Ability to work in a team and foster team building.Capability to train and share knowledge with maintenance personnel.Flexible to adapt to new procedures and practices.Competent in using management systems like Pronto, and proficient in word processing and spreadsheets.Required qualifications: Electrical Trade Qualification, Current C Class Western Australian Drivers Licence, Western Australian Construction White Card.Passion for Growth: A strong desire to contribute to Northern Star''s growth projects and dynamic environment.Benefits include:Company-subsidized GU Health InsuranceGold Price Variable bonusShort-term incentive bonuses5 weeks annual leaveEmployee Share PlanParental leave policyRewards program and wellbeing servicesIncome protection insuranceSalary sacrificing options including leasing and remote area benefitsEligibility: Candidates must pass medical, drug and alcohol screening, have the right to work in Australia, and hold a valid police clearance.
