Our diversity helps us provide the best support possible to carers, families, children and young people and all of our external stakeholders.A little about the roleAs the Operations Manager you will promote and manage multiple programmes within the East Kimberley and support opportunities for growth.As a senior member of the WA leadership team, your key responsibilities will include:Operating as a Senior Specialist providing multi-functional advice to various stakeholders externally and internally within Key Assets.Support local managers in managing, developing and providing leadership in line with the Key Assets visions, mission and values.Building and maintaining close and effective working relationships with local agencies, including taking a lead in developing and managing partnerships between Key Assets and local Aboriginal Community Controlled OrganisationsHold responsibility for fulfilment of contractual obligations including provision of reports on contract performance, self-evaluations, and external evaluations and audits as required by the customer.The base salary for this role is $124,840 - $129,750 per annum (1.0FTE) + super + NFP salary packaging options (up to $15,900/annum) + Regional allowances.This role is full-time, ongoing based at our Kununurra office.
