We are looking forcasual Assistant''s based at our South Brisbane Campus. Please note this is an expression of interest.The positions will work to a rotating roster across 7 days of the week, with shifts rostered to meet the operational requirements of the department.Perform tasks as scheduled in various areas of the hospital and provides support within the Guest Service team to ensure a safe, efficient cleaning and guest service to Mater Patients.Your duties will include but are not limited to:Functions as part of a team that ensures delivery of guest service activities to Mater Health Services is completed within required time frames and at the highest standardUnderstand and works towards achieving all guest service related key performance indicators across all Mater facilitiesStrives to maintain a friendly and cheerful demeanour at all time while on duty to support our patientsAdhere to all policies, procedures, guidelines and work instructions relevant to guest servicesAdheres to strict cleaning guidelines at all timesAdhere to all health, hygiene and safety guidelines and report any health and safety risks (including near misses) and equipment failures in a timely manner to your SupervisorComplete 3 stage Deprox clean using appropriate Deprox machinery in a safe manner in line with guest services guidelinesRespect guests rights and the confidentiality of all matters relating to guests, patients, their families and other staffIdentify and log maintenance items as requiredMater is Queenslands largest not-for-profit healthcare provider, delivering exceptional care to nearly 700,000 patients each year across 11 (soon to be 12) hospitals.
