Core accountabilities include reception, mailbox and invoice management, minute taking, liaising with various stakeholders, and working across several databases and systems.What Youll DoOversee or provide administrative and clerical support to CSC workers in an efficient and effective manner.Provide adequate coaching, guidance and training to members of the administrative team to enable the development of the skills necessary in the enhanced service environment.Foster and maintain teamwork in the CSC administrative team.Establish and maintain administration systems to assist management with compliance of WH&S and security policies and procedures.What Were Looking ForExperience in working in a high-pressure team environment delivering services to vulnerable clients with a high level of communication and relationship skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyCompetency with a range of relevant technology and software applicationsAbility to interpret policies, standards and procedures and act with a high level of integrity whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality.You will be exposed to highly sensitive matters that at times you may find confronting so the importance for confidentiality and self-care is very important.You must also hold a valid drivers licence.Download the role description.If you are viewing this ad in Seek and wish to apply via their portal, you will be required to either set up a profile or login via your existing Seek account.To apply directly via the DCJ Careers site click here.
