We encourage people with diverse backgrounds to apply for this role.Job DescriptionThe OpportunityWe are currently seeking Field Service Coordinator based at our Wollongong branch to co-ordinate, manage & schedule all field service activities for our Field Service Resident Technicians in line with Komatsu standards, policies & procedures.This includes co-ordination of Technicians, Parts, Contractors & all other relevant parties involved in each job, ensuring it is run efficiently, offering genuine product support to customers at the Branch and on site.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all service department activities meet HSE standards.Support Service Manager in the coordination of work in progress jobs, ensuring invoicing is accurate and any potential disputes are resolved prior to invoicing.Maintain Work in Progress jobs under 30 daysMaintain Warranty Work in Progress and Field Campaigns to ensure 100% of warranty jobs are successfully claimed by achieving all warranty claim KPI measures.Issue appropriate documents and work instructions to Field Service Technicians working remotely.Maximise labour output utilising Komatsu ICT systemsDemonstrate a thorough understanding of safe work practices, Komatsu Golden Rules contributing to Zero harm.Administer timekeeping (job cards etc.) and Timesheets.Supply our customers with a friendly, timely and professional response.Notify customers of any changes to the delivery date of products or services and update customers on job progress.Ensure employees and sub-contractors adhere to the Company''s OH& S requirements.Provide technical and product information to staff and customers.Understand the Komatsu''s Customer Support Charter & ensure compliance within the service departmentWhat We Are Looking ForPrevious Experience in a similar roleCurrent Drivers LicencePrevious supervisory/ leading hand experience orSound liaison skills Strong customer service abilityAbility to schedule and delegate to a team or individualStrong communication skillsStrong key team playerProfessional self-starter, with high attention to detailAbility to lead and mentor a teamIntermediate to advanced computer knowledge/skillKomatsu system experience (advantageous)Why work for us!Komatsu BenefitsFamilies Policy: 16 weeks of paid primary carer parental leave, 4 weeks of secondary carer leave, plus many more family friendly benefits.Financial: Income Protection Insurance provided through our company superannuation fund.Career: Recognition, awards, flexibility, further education studies and internal career development.Health: Corporate discount with Bupa, Total Wellbeing Solution with Telus Health.Travel: Discounts with Avis, Qantas, Crown, IHG and travel agents.Yearly Bonus: Potential to receive a yearly bonus.Referral Program: $3000 referral payment for referring a successful new employee to Komatsu.Ready to get started?
