The Gladstone Maintenance Department as part of CQ Health''s Building, Engineering and Maintenance Services (BEMS) team has professional, administrative, operational and trades staff. The trades provided by inhouse staff include refrigeration mechanic, electrical, plumbing.Preventative maintenance programs are scheduled for assets, which includes the statutory checks and inspections necessary to comply with Acts, Regulations, Codes of Practice and Australian Standards. Building, Engineering and Maintenance Services provides a 24-hour corrective maintenance and breakdown service for the facilities around the Gladstone and Banana Region.About the role:To provide comprehensive services to support Building, Engineering and Maintenance Services within CQ Health. To maintain a high-quality electrical trades service which supports the district''s commitments to the principles of patient focused care and quality management.
