This centre represents our commitment to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of young people in the community, and we''re searching for an exceptional leader to bring this vision to life.As anAdministration Assistantyou''ll be the friendly face and first point of contact for young people, their families, community groups, and other stakeholders, helping to facilitate smooth transitions through our services.You will provide essential administrative support across all operational areas, from managing phone inquiries and scheduling calendars to updating client databases and processing bulk billing claims to Medicare. You will assist the Consortium Committee with agendas, meeting minutes, and post-meeting tasks, as well as supporting the administration team with maintaining client records and coordinating appointments.In this role, you will ensure a high standard of care for young individuals and their families, providing reception and administrative support to all members of the Gawler centre.
