In this busy and exciting role, you will utilize your electrical engineering expertise to maintain and enhance the performance of the plant and equipment.You will provide first class flexible support to production requirements by undertaking planned preventative and reactive breakdown maintenance, whilst ensuring established health and safety procedures are continually followed.DutiesEnsure compliance with One Harvest safety, health and environment requirementsProactively identify & coordinate preventative maintenance across the siteResponsible for completion of planned maintenance tasks to ensure breakdowns are prioritised to meet production needsProvide technical support & training to machine operators for basic troubleshootingTo provide detailed account of all work performed and logged in our CMMS (Mex)Support continuous improvement/project implementationInvestigate plant or equipment deficiencies that lead to out-of-spec finished goodsAssist with ensuring BRC, and other standards are metAbout YouAble to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goalsA proactive and enthusiastic attitude coupled with a great work ethicYou will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance TechnicianExperience with mechanical and electrical repairs, equipment failures & fault findingAble to repair, change and improve machinery while ensuring principles of HACCP & GMP are not compromisedYou will have a sound understanding of pneumatic systems, electrical drawings, PLC controls, variable, speed drives and general mechanical and electrical troubleshootingAbility to work rotating rosters and weekendsGrow with OHAn opportunity to advance your skills and capability working alongside industry professionalsA collaborative team environment with a dynamic company in a high-growth sectorThe chance to contribute to a company that is making a real difference in the lives of AustraliansFree and secure on-site parkingWhat We Are Proud OfOne Harvest are industry leaders in the Fresh Food/ FMCG industry with more than 25 years of experience.
