Located on the serene Mornington Peninsula only a 90-minute drive from Melbourne, our expansive wellness spa is nestled amongst the natural landscape, offering a range of unique, balanced and luxurious treatments to help our guests relax and reconnect with the deep well of the being in nature.About The RoleWe are seeking a high energy and driven retail professional who is looking for the next exciting step in their career. This position is suited to someone who would like to grow and expand their knowledge of spa retail products.You will provide exceptional customer service to guests in both our Spa Dreaming Centre and Bath House Reception by demonstrating clear and precise product knowledge, resulting in sales transactions. You will also be responsible for the management of stock.This is a permanent part-time role offering 30.4 hours per week across the following shifts:Monday 9am-5pmTuesday 9am-5pmSaturday 12-8pmYou will be responsible forProviding guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs through a proactive service approachAssist with driving sales and profit to meet budgetMaintain the retail space and visual merchandising standardsAppropriately identify and resolve any urgent stock issuesAssist with point-of-sale processesStock control and managementAbout YouWe believe the following skills and attributes will ensure you every success in this role;Ability to achieve sales through exceptional customer service skillsDemonstrated retail sales abilityStrong attention to detailPrevious experience in a retail environmentOn offer to YouPeninsula Hot Springs truly believes that our people are the heart of our business.
