Your role will include:Organize the daily operations of the Food & Beverage teamEnsure 5-star service quality across all F&B areas including our Restaurant, Conference and Events, In-Room Dining, and BarLead by example, motivate, and coordinate the Food & Beverage team to exceed guest expectationsCommunicate feedback and key information to the Food & Beverage leadership teamMaintain high levels of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requestsLead by example and conduct team training to align with premiumbrand and servicestandardsCollaborate with the culinary team to support with menu implementation and deliveryMonitor rosters and staffing schedules to meet operation requirementsQualificationsWhat you will bring to the role:Minimum 2 years experience in Food & Beverage, preferably within a premium hotel environmentA passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional serviceEnthusiasm for high-quality food and beverage experiencesStrong communication skills with a focus on people and teamworkEmotional intelligence and excellent communication skillsStaff rostering and scheduling experienceExcellent leadership and team working skillsAbility to problem solve in a fast-paced environment, and resolve guest complaintsKnowledge of health and safety regulations food handling best practicesProven ability to lead highly motivated and engaged teamsUnderstanding of food and beverage operations, inventory and orderingA hands-on leader who sets the example, motivates the team, and fosters excitement in the workplaceA strong sense of ownership and a desire to grow within the companyFlexibility to work various shifts across different meal periods, weekends, and public holidaysSuccessful candidates will need to produce an Australian National police clearance upon offer.A valid RSA in SA (RP Badge is a bonus)WSET qualification is an assetAdditional InformationWhat are the benefits?We believe that work should be fun, for you and our guests, and give you opportunities to learn and grow yourself and others.
