Accelerate your career at BridgestoneAn exciting opportunity now exists for a Counter Sales/Tyre Technician to join the Most Trusted Tyre Brand in the Tyre industry.About The RoleWe currently have an opportunity within our Truganina Retail Store for a highly motivated and proactive individual. If you are an experienced and dedicated customer service professional, then this Counter Sales/ Tyre Technician role is the position for you.Reporting to the Store Manager, you will provide an exceptional standard of customer service in responding to customer enquiries and in the sale of tyres, products and service.In this position you will also be responsible for the complete tyre and wheel removal and fitment procedure for passenger, four-wheel drive (4WD) and truck vehicles. Full training will be provided if you do not have previous experience in tyre fitting.Drawing from your well-rounded experience and demonstrating a commitment to HSE, you will be a pivotal member of the team.About YouYou should be able to demonstrate that you are enthusiastic, flexible, highly motivated and that you are committed to providing a high level of customer service, developing and maintaining great customer relationships and rapport.Skills And ExperienceHigh level of customer service experienceOutstanding communication skillsExperience in preparation of stock orders and maintaining inventory recordsWilling to complete a Certificate II Tyre ServicingA commitment to safetyA current driver''s license is essentialThe ability to work with and contribute to a teamThe ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentPrior Tyre knowledge / experience would be advantageousCurrent right to work in AustraliaAbout UsWe are proud to be a leader in tyre and mobility solutions, offering premium products and services that keep individuals, businesses, and industries moving.
