Ohio Dental Outreach, a school-based mobile dental practice, is seeking a Expanded Duties Dental Assistant in Cleveland, OH and surrounding areas to help provide dental care to underserved children at their school. EFDA Qualifications Licensed EFDA Experience with Sealants and Polishing Organized, reliable, and able to multi-task Experience with Microsoft Office Must meet State requirements to operate X-rays CPR certification At least 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant Digital X-ray Imaging experience Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to schools in neighboring counties Works well with children Team player, able to work on a small team Ability to carry up to 50 lbs Dental Assistant Responsibilities Providing dental assisting services during mobile clinics Digital X-ray imaging Patient records and charting Equipment setup, breakdown, and sterilization Travel to and from school sites What Smile Programs Offers No evenings, weekends, or summers off Work schedule around 5-7 hours, roughly 8:00 A.M. 3:00 P.M.
