Youll work across a range of financial operations areas and will play a crucial role in delivering a high quality service.What Your Day Will Look LikeAssisting in preparing monthly financial reports and resolving financial enquiriesInvestigating and advising on revenue and expenditure variances across departmentsDelivering training and support to staff on financial systems and ledger navigationPerforming bank reconciliations, journal processing, and ledger maintenancePreparing and submitting monthly BAS, and assist with FBT reporting and complianceMaintaining and reconciling operational grant funding in line with agreements and auditsAdministering and monitor Councils purchasing card system and ensure compliancePlease click here to view a full position description.What Youll Need For SuccessYoull be a strong communicator with technical accounting knowledge and the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to a range of stakeholders.
