In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to facilitate subcontractor compliance across the Wilson Homes portfolio. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:Onboard and support new and existing vendors on their compliance obligations (over the phone and in person)Review all vendor documentation to ensure it meets NEX Group internal system requirementsLiaise with new and existing trades, contractors and vendors to ensure ongoing site safety compliance (occasionally visiting our construction sites to support this process)Achieve improvements in compliance rates for all subcontractors and vendorsMaintenance of vendor documentation and vendor database systemsMaintenance of WHS business compliance records and databasesProvide accurate and timely administrative support to the State Safety Manager and compliance team as requiredCollaborate cross functionally to implement improvements to the vendor experience and issue resolution processAbout youYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values.
