CSE Crosscom is part of the CSE Global Group of Companies, operating in over 20 countries and listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.As a Service Technician in our Mackay branch, you will be a key member of the Crosscom Technical Services team, working hands-on with clients across various industry sectors. Your role involves understanding client needs, servicing and maintaining both new and existing clients, and being an SME on Crosscom technology. You will provide consultative advice on utilization and optimization, and support business development goals.What We Are Looking ForTertiary qualifications in Engineering or Certifications in Electronics & Communications, RF engineering, or related fieldsPrevious experience in a client-facing environment involving Radio, Wireless IP Networking, or Microwave technology (Analogue, P25 & DMR experience highly favorable)Experience in a Technician/Service role with a strong track record of high-level customer serviceExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly at all business levelsStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, fault-finding, and decision-making skills to provide expert solutions, often under time-critical circumstancesIn return, CSE Crosscom offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career.
