Are you ready to show us that you have the skills and experience to make this role yours?As the go-between from our customer to our Sales, Service, and Repair Departments, it will be your job to ensure the technicians understand our customers'' needs, and that the recommended solutions are fully understood by the customers.Your day in the office will consist of greeting customers, working out what''s needed and the charges. Then it''s up to you to brief the relevant department, establish a timeline, track progress, and keep the customers updated.To do this, you''ll need to be a highly organised administration sensation, with an up-to-date knowledge of all our services, and exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
