Join us as our Training & Onboarding Coordinator and play a pivotal role in developing a skilled, confident, and compassionate workforce.About The RoleAs the Training & Onboarding Coordinator, you will lead the delivery, development, and continuous improvement of training programs across our Permanency Support Program. Youll be the go-to person for all new starters, guiding them through induction, training, and their first six months of employment.This is a full-time, permanent role with in-person training delivery required between Pennant Hills and West Gosford.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver and coordinate prescribed training programs including TCI, foundational, child protection, and bespoke modules.Lead onboarding and induction processes for all new staff.Track probation milestones and ensure a smooth transition into the organisation.Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and refine training content.Maintain accurate training records and coordinate logistics.Be the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding journey.What Youll Bring Essential Experience & Skills:Proven experience in training facilitation and development.Background in child protection, OOHC, therapeutic care, and trauma-informed practice.Strong coordination skills, including managing training logistics and maintaining records.Willingness to travel between Sydney and the Central Coast.Relevant qualifications in Training & Assessment, Social Work, Community Services, or a related field.Why Join Us?Salary packaging up to $15,900 to boost your take-home paySupportive team culture with supervision and development opportunitiesFlexible work arrangements and employee wellbeing supportReady to Apply?
