About The Role Due to multiple project awards, we are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Safety Advisors interested in joining DT Infrastructure to support our existing and upcoming projects in the North West of WA. This is a full-time FIFO position working on a 2:1 roster (14 days on/7 days off), based in Nullagine, WA. You will collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure compliance with DTI policies and statutory responsibilities across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities Support operations to execute DTI and client HSE initiatives. Implement DTI HSE policies, procedures, and standards through training, coaching, and communication. Identify continuous improvement opportunities and assist with solutions development. Coach and support managers to develop and review HSE management plans and risk registers. Manage sub-contractor requirements, review SWMS and ATWPs, conduct inductions, participate in pre-starts, and ensure compliance with HSEMPs. Promote a positive health and safety culture within the team. About You Tertiary qualifications in Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or related field. Proven experience in a similar role within Tier 1 construction, preferably with WA resource clients. Ability to evaluate information quickly and formulate practical conclusions. Ability to work independently, exercise initiative, and approach problems innovatively. Certificate IV Training and Assessing or similar (desirable).
