Youll enjoy a dynamic mix of tasks, learning a range of HR skills that will provide an excellent foundation for your career as part of a national business.Youll work closely with the People & Culture Business Partner and the broader team to ensure our people processes are seamless, compliant, and aligned with MNGs values and strategic goals.What you bring to the tableWere looking for someone whos got a good handle on the fundamentals, ideally with 12 years of HR or corporate admin experience. As part of this role, you will be responsible for;Providing high quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, data entry, documentation, training and offboarding.Maintaining employee data and records using our internal systems.Supporting the delivery of People & Culture programs, including engagement and wellbeing initiatives.Monitoring the HR inbox and assist with employee queries, escalating as needed.Coordinating learning and development activities.Assisting with reporting, data entry and compliance tracking.Assisting with and coordinating local in-house office events and event planning.Desired Skills and ExperienceYou will also haveTertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or currently undertakingStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsThe ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort navigating internal systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
