As we continue to grow and improve, we are seeking an experienced Administration Manager (Business Manager).About the opportunity:The Goldfields Esperance Business Manager (Administration Manager) is integral to the effective day to day operations and is a key part of the Regional Management Leadership Team. To be successful you will be required to develop and implement the Regions Business Plan. You will be proactive in managing and identifying the Regions risks, whilst ensuring the provision of business and administrative services and advice in relation to financial management, fixed assets, light vehicles, human resource management and land and property management.Based in our Boulder office, this challenging and highly rewarding role will require demonstrated leaderships skills, along with considerable skills knowledge and experience in business and financial management as well as strong communication skills with an ability to work collaboratively with a range of different stakeholders.This is an exciting opportunity for a results driven person to develop their career, by joining an innovative and supportive team.
