As Australias first profit-for-purpose hotel, 25 cents from every dollar you spend supportsYWCA Australias programs empowering women across the nation.About this opportunityKickstart your career in the travel industry with this exciting opportunity!As part of a dynamic team, youll work across a rotating roster - including weekends and public holidays - while taking on key responsibilities that support exceptional guest experiences.In this role you will:Deliver a warm and professional welcome to guests, ensuring smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experiences.Manage reservations, payments, and guest enquiries across various communication channels with accuracy and care.Collaborate effectively with internal teams to coordinate group bookings and meet individual guest needs.Support daily operational tasks including audits, shift checklists, and seamless coordination with housekeeping and reception teams.Uphold guest safety and satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints and adhering to emergency protocols and WH&S procedures.About YouThe ideal candidate will have:At least 1 year of experience in hotel front office or reservationsExceptional customer service and communication skillsA professional, friendly, and approachable attitudeProficiency in Microsoft Office and Hotel Property Management SystemsA flexible, team-oriented approach to dynamic hotel operationsDont meet every single requirement?
