Founder and creator, Natalie Ferrari is an industry leader, with an underlying passion for providing a personalised service every time, leaving the clients looking andfeelingbeautiful.THE ROLE:The Parlour Room, Redfern, is looking to engage a confident, highly efficient, organised and reliable Salon Manager on a full time basis. As the first point of contact for the salon, they must be well presented, motivated and have impeccable communication skills and be able to motivate and manage a team.This is a multi-faceted, client-facing role that will largely be responsible for the smooth, day-to-day runnings of the business while also supporting the Managing Director and wider marketing team. We want you to be proud of the business you work for and allow this to shine through all interactions with customers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:General salon maintenance & administrative duties as well as opening and closing of the salon, ensuring the salon is tidy and presentable at all times, ordering stock and salon supplies as well as packing online orders.Greeting and welcoming clients as soon as they arrive in the salon; this is a luxury salon and ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience is paramountAnswering phone calls and managing online bookings - ensuring smooth scheduling and assisting therapists with client settlement and rebookingDaily management of staff and liaising with the wider marketing teamBuilding and maintaining a strong rapport amongst team and clients including inbox management, answering incoming enquiries and responding to social media DMs and comments.Experience hosting and coordinating events; confident in your written communication and organisational skillsBe proud of the business you work for, and allow this to shine through in your exceptional communications to customersSKILLS & EXPERIENCE:3+ years proven work experience as a receptionist, Front Of House representative or similar role with a strong customer service focusBeauty experience not essential but highly favouredSet and achieve sales targetsExperience managing / managing a teamExcellent computer skills and can effectively navigate their way around Microsoft Office Suite and GmailOutstanding written and verbal communication skills and highly customer focusedExtremely resourceful and proactive when issues arise;
