The preferred applicant will live locally or be prepared to drive in and drive out. Accommodation and meals included via camp accommodation. Local residents are encouraged to apply.The PositionManage existing and new tenanciesEstablish relationships with tenants and the regional landlordAccess and interpret ethical practice and legislation in real estateWork with real estate trust accountsOverseeing maintenance issues, reporting and following up with our Delta FM Maintenance team and/or subcontractorsProcessing of applications promptly and efficientlyListing of properties when they become available for rentManagement of arrearsConducting entry and exit inspections, along with routine inspectionsReporting and other ad hoc tasks as requiredThe PersonMust have CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.Proven experience in Real Estate Property ManagementMust have a current drivers licenceYou will have strong systems knowledge across a range of software, particularly PropertyMe.You will have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple conflicting tasks at any given timeExemplary written and verbal communication skillsStrong ability to problem solve and think outside the boxThe BenefitsYou will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
