The CLC fulfills functions under the Native Title Act (NTA) related to securing and advocating for the Native Title rights of its constituents. The CLC supports Prescribed Bodies Corporate (PBCs) in its region.The PBC Support Unit (PBCSU) was established to help PBCs build capacity to meet their legal and governance obligations, develop sustainable governance practices, and support their social and cultural aspirations.
