Lead system-wide improvement in Aboriginal health across the NTRelocation assistance, 6 weeks leave PLUS $3,000 PD allowanceJoin a culturally grounded team driving lasting change in community health outcomesEarn a base salary of $108,746.60 $121,936.19 plus super, along with an array of benefits, including:Relocation support for the right candidateSalary packaging up to $15,899.946 weeks annual leave + 17.5% leave loading10 days ceremonial leaveUp to 15 days'' personal/carers leaveNegotiable study leave (up to 10 days/year)$3,000/year professional development allowance3 days ex-gratia Christmas leaveEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Please note: A current open Driver''s Licence, Criminal History Check, and Ochre Card are requiredAbout the OpportunityAMSANT is looking for a full-time CQI Program Coordinator based in Alice Springs, NT.This role reports to the Health Systems Manager and will support Territory-wide implementation of the NT Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Strategy across Aboriginal PHC services.More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Coordinating the implementation of the NT CQI Strategy and supporting CQI Facilitators across sectorsDelivering regional and NT-wide training, mentoring and orientation in CQI tools and processesSupporting the development and implementation of CQI plans within Aboriginal PHC servicesPlanning and delivering the annual NT CQI Collaborative and associated PD activitiesLiaising with academic institutions and peak bodies to enhance CQI outcomesProviding secretariat support to the NT CQI Steering CommitteeBased in Alice Springs, NT, this role offers the chance to live and work in a vibrant regional hub surrounded by natural beauty and cultural richness. You''ll work with established frameworks such as the Program Logic Model and NTAHKPI datasets, alongside a culturally grounded team driving CQI innovation and equity across the Territory.Regular NT travel is required, with flexibility and support for planning field-based and remote work.To read the full position description, please click hereAbout YouTo be considered, you must be an AHPRA-registered clinician or have substantial experience in primary health care, with demonstrated capability in clinical service delivery, continuous quality improvement (CQI), or health program coordination, preferably within Aboriginal community health settings.Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:Applied knowledge in CQI, change management and systems thinkingStrong data interpretation skills with the ability to translate insights into actionExperience in delivering training or mentoring to PHC or CQI teamsUnderstanding of Aboriginal PHC systems and cross-cultural communicationAwareness of Aboriginal self-determination principles and community controlAs our ideal candidate, you will be a confident facilitator who builds trust, empowers others, and thrives in multi-disciplinary, cross-cultural teams.
