As part of the project we will design, manufacture and maintain 246 new railcars needed for Metronet projects and the replacement of the A-series trains. We will also deliver 6 DMU (diesel multiple unit) railcars to replace the five diesel railcars that operate the twice daily Australind service between Perth and Bunbury.The Industrial Quality Inspector is a 12 month fixed term contract, you will report to the Production Manager and be required to perform inspections and ensure product compliance according to our Quality Control Plan.Your future role:Records inspection results in the industrial digital tools as requiredSupport EPU manager for Station to Station Hand OverPerform Workstation Quality Animation with EPU (Elementary Production Unit) manager including simple problem solving.Perform destructive & non-destructive examinassionsInspection method time adherenceSelf-Inspection effectivenessManagement of rework (Validation included).We value passion and attitude over experience.
