This role also looks after managing, scheduling and confirming client meetings, preparing and reviewing documents and providing support to clients while answering day to day queries.As you grow into the role, wed love you to share any thoughts and ideas around creating efficiencies within the team as you build and maintain a solid understanding of products and process across Shadforth and Insignia Financial. It is a great entry level role into the dynamic world of Financial Advice with career development opportunities for those who have a desire for longer-term career growth.What We Are Looking For In a Successful CandidateDo you have administration experience and are ready to advance your career? If you like the sound of learning from some great people who are experts in their field, then wed love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients, and in many cases be the first point of contactDevelop long-term rapport with your aligned clients and where appropriate, attend client meetingsProvide the highest quality pro-active support to clients, Private Wealth Advisers and the Head Client Relationship ManagerPerform administration functions including, but not limited to, XPLAN data management, preparation of client reports, as well as required paperwork and the subsequent management of implementationManage incoming and outgoing client correspondenceAdhere to our internal client and advice proceduresAssist our Private Wealth Advisers and the Head Client Relationship Manager with key projectsAd-hoc reception coverage, when neededMake your move.
