To be successful in the role you need to be team oriented, community-focused, adaptable, reliable and have availability across weekdays.Essential RequirementsValid NSW Driver''s Licence (minimum P1)Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent residentLive and/or work within 7 minutes of the FRNSW Fire StationLong term daytime availability, Monday to Friday 0800 to 1600 this role would suit shift workers or semi-retired persons.Training is provided on an ongoing basis and covers all aspects of firefighting and rescue including basic life support, rope work, power tool use and community engagement skills.Minimum Availability And Attendance RequirementsAt least 33% of all calls over a six (6) month period together with no less than 75% drill attendance.For more information on the role, please view the On-Call Firefighter Role DescriptionHow To ApplyTo be considered for this role, please provide an up-to-date resume which details your skills and experience as relevant to this role.Please address the following two targeted questions.
