Take a quick look at "Living and Working" in the Far West.What You''ll Be DoingPromote early engagement and interagency planning with pregnant women and families at risk of their newborns entering out of home care at birth.Early engagement and partnerships between Health and the Department of Communities and Justice aims to reduce risks and the number of infants assumed into care and/or the identification of an appropriate carer prior to birth.Responsible for supporting drugs/substance use in pregnancy program outcomes.The coordinator is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the program and undertaking clinical work including:Coordinate, allocate and oversee all PFC program casesDevelop and maintain a group of appropriately skilled facilitatorsUndertake the facilitation role, as requiredDevelop and foster strong interagency partnerships to sustain and further develop the programOngoing development, implementation and evaluation of the programWhat Is On Offer5 weeks paid annual leave per year (pro-rata)Salary packaging (pay less tax) and enjoy up to $9k for living expenses + $2.6k meal & entertainmentNovated leasingA paid allocated day off (ADO) every monthFitness PassportLeaning and Development support with access to further education & trainingA comfortable and affordable lifestyle with some of the best food, wine and scenery at your doorstepAbout The Far West LHDThe Far West Local Health District is one of 15 LHDs under NSW Health, providing high quality public health services to the communities in far west NSW.
