This is a fantastic opportunity to influence the health and wellbeing of families across a vibrant and rapidly expanding region.In this role, you will oversee the delivery of high quality maternal and child health and immunisation services, while mentoring a multidisciplinary team that includes MCH and immunisation nurses, a social worker, parenting support officers, and administrative staff.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the delivery of maternal and child health and immunisation servicesProvide guidance and support to a high-performing, multidisciplinary teamPlan and implement evidence-based programs to meet evolving community needsEnsure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and policy requirementsFoster collaboration across internal teams and external health partnersDrive continuous improvement and service innovationThis role is a permanent full-time opportunity with a Monthly ADO. Total Remuneration Package begins at $155k (Band 8) plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.About YouYou are a compassionate, strategic, and collaborative leader with a deep commitment to improving outcomes for children and families. Your clinical expertise is matched by your ability to motivate, support, and inspire others.To be successful, you will have:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and Midwife, plus postgraduate qualifications in Child and Family Health NursingExtensive experience in maternal and child health services, with demonstrated leadership and coordination capabilityKnowledge of immunisation service delivery (desirable)Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with families, staff, and stakeholdersStrong organisational and problem-solving abilities to manage service delivery in a dynamic environmentA commitment to community-focused, culturally safe, and inclusive careIf youre someone who combines these skills with a warm, approachable personality, youll be a great fit for our team.
